1.2.1 | Game Update
Hotfix | Version 1.2.1 | September 17th | 007 First Light

Dear 007 First Light community,
This week we shipped the long-anticipated Path Tracing update for 007 First Light. Although the positive reception to the visual improvements was a great payoff for the amount of work that went into this update, we recognize that there is room for improvement in terms of performance.
We’re aware that some players are experiencing performance issues, and we’re working closely with NVIDIA to investigate these reports, improve performance and clarify questions around settings and hardware requirements.
Today’s hotfix is the first step in addressing these issues, with further improvements planned for updates and hotfixes over the next couple of weeks.
Thank you for your patience and feedback.

ROLLED OUT WITH PATH TRACING UPDATE
Added support for AMD FSR™ Upscaling (formerly AMD FidelityFX™ Super Resolution 4)
On supported GPUs (AMD Radeon™ RX 7000 and 9000 series cards, RDNA 3 and RDNA 4 architecture) the game now automatically selects the latest AMD FSR™ Upscaling 4.1 when FSR is selected as the upscaling method in-game. On other cards we fall back to using AMD FSR™ 3.1.
