We are fully committed to building the best experience possible for 007 First Light and that does not include a multiplayer experience.

A one-time internet connection is required to download the Day 1 patch. After that, the full main campaign of 007 First Light is playable offline. However, we recommend playing online to experience the full richness of the game, including features that require an internet connection such as leaderboards, challenges, and more.

1. Please head over to https://account.ioi.dk . 
2. Follow the steps on the website to either create, or log into your existing IOI Account. 
3. After logging in, in the default "Overview" section of your IOI Account, input your reward code into the visible redemption box and press the "Redeem code" button. 
4. On the following pop-up, press "Redeem code" button once again. 
5. You will be notified on a successful code redemption via:  

• A "Successfully redeemed code" notification in the lower right corner of the screen. 
• The reward appearing in the "Latest rewards" section near the "Redeem code" box. 

6. In addition, you can head over to the "Rewards & Bonuses" section of the IOI Account and notice the reward listed among the Rewards for 007 First Light. 

To ensure that the reward unlocks in your copy of 007 First Light: 

1. While logged into your IOI Account on the browser, head over to the "Linked accounts" section. 
2. From the list of available platforms (Steam, Epic Games Store, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series), connect your platform account where you own 007 First Light. 
3. Launch 007 First Light on said platform and ensure that you're playing in Online mode. 
4. From the title's Main Menu, access "Customization" to see if your reward is unlocked. 

Alternatively, you can access the "Tac-Sim" game mode to check and equip your unlocked outfits and rewards.
