We’re eager to empower and bring together people with different opinions, backgrounds and interests at IOI. We want to foster an environment where you can meet across studios, share experiences, network, and support each other towards our collective mission and our organizational key results. These Employee Resource Groups are created by employees for employees and range from everyday hobbies to interpersonal communities. By empowering and building communities, we aim to take our work with inclusion and a space for everyone to the next level.
