Season of Patient Zero Requiem Roadmap - 2026

Welcome to the Season of Patient Zero Requiem for HITMAN World of 
Assassination.

A new formidable foe awaits 47 in our latest Elusive Target mission: 
Lilith Devereux – played by the one and only Milla Jovovich. Cold, calm and calculated, 
the incoming CEO of Ether Biotech Corporation will go head-to-head with 47 - and pose 
not only potentially the biggest threat yet to our master of assassination, but also to 
mankind itself!

In addition to the new Elusive Target, we will also welcome a new 
themed DLC pack, a new roadmap with new challenges, ET re-runs, IOI Account 
rewards, Twitch Drops and more. 

In Patient Zero Requiem, the magnificent Milla Jovovich plays the 
incoming CEO of Ether Biotech Corporation, Lilith Devereux, who is our newest 
Celebrity Elusive Target. 47 will attend a fundraiser hosted by Ether at Thornbridge 
Manor, where he will uncover the secrets of Devereux's mysterious past and rise to 
power. 

With the Free Demo (formerly known as Free Starter Pack) players will have a chance 
to experience this new Celebrity Elusive Target through a two-level Arcade 
contract, The Contagion, featuring Milla Jovovich as Lilith Devereux. Upon failure, 
progress will restart from the first level, and the contract will be on a cooldown for 30 
minutes until the player can attempt to play the contract again.      
The original ‘one chance only’ Elusive Target will only be available to World of 
Assassination players.  

Players who launch the Elusive Target will complete the Under New Management 
challenge and earn The Urban Maverick with Gloves suit: “Investment banker meets 
punk with this tactical turtleneck topped off with a sleek leather overcoat and matching 
leather gloves. For those times when you mean business and want to impart a lasting 
impression.”

Zero Requiem Pack. This includes The Contagion, a two-level Arcade contract 
featuring Milla Jovovich, along with new weapons and Freelancer Safehouse cosmetic 
items, priced at $4.99/€4.99/£3.99. 

The Patient Zero Requiem Pack: 

Breach Response Gear 
A tactical, gloved, all-black ensemble complete with padded compression 
shirt, heavy boots, and a fear-inducing gas mask. 

The Bartoli 75S “Lucky Knight” 
A customised version of the Bartoli 75S handgun. Features weighted, 
recoil-absorbing side panel inserts, and a magazine capacity of 13 bullets. 
Lucky for the wielder, not so lucky for those in its crosshairs. 

The Sickle Sacrificus 
An ornate sickle traditionally used for sacrifices. The handle is made from 
carved wood and ivory with gold beads for flair. The blade is shaped like a 
crescent moon, possibly alluding to when the sacrifices are to be made. 

Manypass 
With this, you won't need to divulge your business. Just flash it and 
everyone will know you belong. Well, until you run out. Simply insert a 
Manypass into a keycard reader to bypass the lock.

The Elusive Target mission will be available to play from February 25th until March 24th 
with the Arcade missions “The Contagion” being free to play during the same period.

How to link your IOI Account

Link your Twitch account to your IOI Account and simply watch your fellow Agents on 
Twitch to unlock this brand-new item. For a reminder on how to earn this reward: 

1. Link your IOI Account to your Twitch account. 
2. Watch a cumulative 30 minutes of HITMAN World of Assassination on Twitch 
between respective time frames of the chosen drops (see above). 
3. Any streamer playing under the HITMAN World of Assassination category on 
Twitch is eligible for Twitch Drops.

IOI Account Unlock 

With the arrival of ”The Harbinger” and the forthcoming re-run of “The Infiltrator” Elusive 
Target featuring Bruce Lee during the Season of Patient Zero Requiem, you will be able 
to collect not one, but TWO exclusive IOI Account Unlocks:

 The In-flu-ential Duck – February 25th – March 24th  

A proximity-activated emetic gas duck wearing an evening gown AND a spider 
necklace. Play “The Harbinger” or “The Contagion” during this period and link your IOI Account to 
be awarded this duck. 

The Tracksuit Duck – March 25th – April 26th  

Yellow rubber duck? Nah. A duck wearing a yellow tracksuit? Oh yeah! 

Play “The Infiltrator” or “The Dragon” during this period and link your IOI Account to be

New Challenges

INITIATE’S FIRST SPEEDRUN - February 25th
With HITMAN (2016) celebrating its 10th anniversary in March, we want you to return to 
where it all began: The ICA Facility. Get your first taste for speedrunning to complete 
this challenge and receive the Tactical Turtleneck With Gloves. 

QUINTUPLE TROUBLE - March 25th
Nothing beats a slick ICA-issued sniper rifle in your loadout, right? Prove yourself 
worthy in this challenge focusing on collateral damage and ammo efficiency.
