We parther with institutions across the industry to provide growth- and career opportunities to students. In 2024 we established the Mentorship Program for Women at the IT University of Copenhagen. Similarly, through our partnership with the Game Empowerment Movement (GEM) in Malmö we provide mentorship opportunities, supporting an inclusive culture for young game developers.
