Our whistleblower scheme is a confidential and independent channel and support system where employees can report inappropriate behavior or other serious matters and be reviewed by case handlers and external experts. This is meant to promote transparency and accountability, and a safe space for employees to speak up. 

The whistleblower scheme protects the identity of the whistleblower and is a voluntary alternative to the usual means of communication.
