Industry representation
Together we lead
In our continued commitment to enhancing diversity and inclusion within the industry, we proudly maintain diverse representation on several educational institutions, non-profit boards and employer panels. Our diverse, active involvement in these panels enables us to influence curricular changes and strategically guide the direction of these institutions.

Notably, our representation has led to successful initiatives such as the establishment of the Mentorship Program for Women at the IT University of Copenhagen. Similarly, through GEM in Malmö we have direct influence on local D&I initiatives as well as providing mentorship opportunities.
